    • Everyone knows that the miraculous keto diet is all about eating more fats and proteins, which can be a challenge for a vegetarian. Yet thanks to this book, I really found a solution how to keep my fats intake up and retain my fidelity to my vegan principles at the same time.

      The meals in here look simple, ingredients like tofu are nothing exotic for us vegetarians, and the macros seem tested and accurate too.

      So all in all, it's really a keeper.
