• I am teaching English to a friend and the book is working very well. I would have rated it higher except the description said it came with a CD and the cover says CD included. When it arrived without a CD, I though there might be instructions in the book to download but I have not been able to find anything on how to do it. If anyone can tell me, I'd really appreciate it.
• This was purchased as a gift and I was very impressed with how it was written. This book is great for someone who speaks Spanish and is trying to learn English. It is easy to follow and after looking all over, this was by far, the best book for Spanish speakers to learn English.
• Got this for a friend who is learning english... honestly, it's ok but doesnt do a great job translating the response section. It assumes that because it translated a sentence that the learner will understand how to use each word in that sentence in different contexts which isnt the case for most learners.
• I am an ESL teacher to Spanish speakers. This is a great starter book. It addresses their needs.
• Esta muy bonito el Libro me ayuda para resolver las palabras que no se el significado y su forma de decir. Solo necesito saber cómo puedo descargar el audio eso dice en el posterior del libro.
• I always pack a copy or two to give as a gift when traveling to Cuba. People who want to learn English love the format of this book with phonetic spellings to help with pronunciation.
• The book is fine but I was looking for dialogues of about 6 lines on practical matters, which it doesn't have. It may be useful for one of my entry level high schoolers as a supplement.
